“As our home is a 16th Century-listed property we are highly selective who we choose to work on our precious property. VVK were recommended by the previous owners who were very pleased with their work. We have awarded them three projects over the first 12 months we lived here, all have been completed on time and budget. Vadims always contributes valuable ideas and suggestions adding a high-quality touch to everything he does. The first project was to design and construct a run of fitted wardrobes in the eaves of our main bedroom which were all hand-built by Vadims. We were thrilled with the craftsmanship attention to detail and how meticulously tidy he kept the working space. The second was the restoration of a listed thatched barn which required careful excavation and underpinning of the original timber structure to eliminate damp. It’s now an excellent workshop that is a pleasure to use. The last project was a high-quality new bathroom which features hand-made tiles and premium fittings including a dedicated hot water system and underfloor heating. Vadim’s preparation and tiling are a work of art. The outcome exceeded our highest expectations”
